We do not bill any business managers or insurance companies. However, we will gladly provide a “Super-Bill” that you may submit directly to your insurance company, which in turn might reimburse you directly. End of the year treatment receipts for tax purposes are also available.
Please be advised that Acupuncturists are Primary Care Physicians in the state of California, and you are encouraged to contact your Insurance Provider to find out what types of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medical services are covered under your specific policy.
Since we do not bill we collect payment when services are rendered.
We gladly accept Checks, and Cash only.
Before receiving treatment:
- Please have something light to eat, approx. 1 hr. prior to your appointment.
Wear or bring loose, and comfortable clothing - if possible.
- Do not come under the influence of alcohol, caffeine or recreational drugs.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment giving your mind a chance to relax.
- Please avoid the use of perfumes, colognes or strongly scented cosmetics.
- If you are having facial rejuvenation please come without wearing any makeup or base.
